Ivanauskas, who was at the club on a temporary basis as head coach last season has now been given the role on a permanent basis.
“I never hid my desire to become the head coach and I am very pleased that this dream has been realised," he has said.
"We have a massive season ahead. We have some excellent players, and I am sure we will make good progress.”
The same coaching staff as last term will remain in place whilst Eduard Malofeev, the former Russian and Belarus coach, has been appointed sporting director.
